A work colleague who is recently a one year'er told me a few weeks ago that his understanding is that any weight gain during the withdrawal stages would drop off after a year. Well I stayed up all night to watch but I'm still a fat B :)
Seriously though I am seeing a small but significant reduction in my overall weight, maybe I'm losing a little muscle and replacing it with chocolate, thereby losing weight but gaining size :( Who knows?,,,,or cares?
Anyway, as of 1/8/11 (1st Aug to you Yanks) I became a one year'er off the fagerettes. "Yay go me" one might yelp in delight.
